The Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation has issued a notice of high fire danger danger and a fire ban.
Campfires are still allowed provided they are contained in a fire pit.
Huron-Kinloss also has a partial fire ban.
It’s been hot and largely dry lately, firefighters also had to respond to a field fire in the Saugeen Shores area earlier this week.
