South Bruce OPP says a Brockton driver is facing charges after failing to properly secure three children in a vehicle.
On July 5 around 5:08 p.m., police say an officer on patrol along Sideroad 10 in Brockton stopped a vehicle after it was seen doing a burnout and fishtailing along the road.
When the officer approached the vehicle, they found three young children in the front passenger seat, none of which were secured by car seats or seatbelts.
As a result, police say the 35-year-old accused is facing performing a stunt, and three counts of driving while a child passenger is not properly secured.
The vehicle was impounded for 14 days and the driver had their licence suspended for 30 days.
The accused is set to appear in court next month in Walkerton.
Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call police at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
