South Bruce OPP say a person from Sarnia is facing charges following a call about someone suspicious in Paisley.
Police say on Sept. 28 around 11:23 p.m., officers received a report of a suspicious person in the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie.
It was reported a person was lurking around vehicles in the parking lot of an apartment complex who fled after being confronted by tenants.
Police say when officers arrived on the scene, they located the suspect and placed them under arrest without incident.
As a result, a 40-year-old from Sarnia has been charged with criminal harassment, trespassing at night, and failing to comply with a release order.
The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.
