Weather Conditions Keep Schools Closed In Grey Bruce

Schools are closed in Grey Bruce again today as wintry weather continues to hit the region.

Snow squall warnings continue in parts of Bruce and Grey counties. Another 10 centimetres is expected to fall today. Some areas could see more blowing snow, and it will be frigid with a daytime high of -11, feeling more like -21.

All Bluewater District School Board, Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board, and French Catholic (Saint-Dominique-Savio) schools are closed.

There are some highway and county road closures as well in the region.

Some facility closures have been announced in South Bruce Peninsula and Huron-Kinloss, while garbage pick-up in cancelled in some municipalities as well. And some businesses have reported closures to Bayshore Broadcasting.
