The U17 Saugeen Shores Sting ladies Fastpitch team are heading out East next month.
They have secured a spot at Eastern Championships Aug 20-23 in Fredericton, New Brunswick after coming home from the PWSA Grand Championships as Provincial Silver Medalists this past weekend in Stratford.
They clinched their birth thanks to a 7-6 win over Napanee in the Semi final which saw their 6 and 1 weekend conclude with a close 11-10 loss in the Gold Medal Game to Haldimand.
