There are some all-candidates meetings coming up in Arran-Elderslie.
The Arran-Elderslie Community and Business Association says on its website three are scheduled in early October.

October 7, 2026, 7p.m. to 9p.m. Chesley Community Centre, 129 4th Ave SE, Chesley
October 8, 2026, 7p.m. to 9 p.m. Tara Community Centre, 150 Hamilton St, Tara
Mayor Steve Hammell has been acclaimed, and so has Deputy Mayor Jennifer Shaw and Arran Ward Councillor Ryan Nickason.
Running for Chesley Ward Councillor are Jake Sloan, Joanna Eaton, and Sara-Lynne Leask.
Running for Elderslie Ward Councillor are Alicia Mariano and Brian Dudgeon.
For Paisley Ward Councillor, the three candidates are David Stone, Heidi Maxwell, Trisha Wright.
Running to be the Tara Ward Councillor are Jaclynn Gowan, Joel MacCallum, and Rick Mikula.
